Delivery & POSTEGE
Delivery of your item/order from will be despatched using one of the following services.
Please note any order placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed on a Monday.
These are usually despatched via DPD on a next working day courier service. Please note parcels will need to be signed for.
ITERM which are too large to be sent via Royal Mail will also be despatched via DPD on a next working day courier service. Please note parcels will need to be signed for
UK RM Special Delivery – Guaranteed delivery for 1pm next working day.
UK RM 1St Class Recorded Delivery. Usually 1-3 working days – please note the delivery time is not guaranteed.
Delivery to Offshore areas (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles) – £16.00 on orders under £250
Please allow 15 days for items sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as claims cannot be processed with RM until after this time. If you have not received your parcel after this time please do contact us.

If you are not in when your order is delivered by courier then your parcel will be sent to the nearest depot and a calling card will be left to advise where your delivery is. In the event that no card has been left then please either track on line using and the tracking number we have issued to you or contact us directly and we help to finalise the delivery for you.

Please note that your items may come in separate packages if items have been on back order.

For items that are returned through non-delivery either by post or courier we will advise you accordingly. Depending on the reasons for the non-delivery to be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the extra carriage charge.

We take no responsibility for the post office or courier companies delivering the items or not leaving calling cards.

Return of Goods

Faulty/Damaged Goods Terms and Conditions


'the Buyer' means the person(s), firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company.
'the Company' means .
'Goods' means any product purchased from the Company.
The Company only accept returns on faulty/damaged Goods.
Goods returned to the Company must be unworn, in the original condition, with tags still attached.
For set Goods that include more than one item- all items must be returned together- as per the original order- including thongs, body stockings, masks, ties, chains and props.
Goods must be returned to the Buyer within 28 days of delivery. Goods must then be returned to the Company within a further 28 days.
Goods must be returned to the Company with a completed returns form with the fault clearly explained.
The Company will send the Buyer a returns form in the event of return. A hard copy of the returns form must be included with the delivery and also sent by email to the Company.
The Buyer must retain a proof of returns postage receipt.
Please note: do not operate on a 'Sale or Return' basis. Any unwanted or unsold items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
